Michael was and in my mind is still the funniest and friendliest person that you could ever meet. I
met him through Mandy,(his wife) and their friend Phil. Mandy, Phil and I did the same BTec Health &
Social Care course at college although at different levels but we all became great friends - Mike
included!! Mike was so in love with Mandy and when they met he became a brilliant step-dad to
Mandy's 3 daughters who loved & adored him as both a friend and step-dad that they adored to the end
of the earth because to them he was Dad. Mandy and Mike married and had a son Mikey junior (spitting
image of his daddy) and then blessed with a little girl Gypsy (Also looks so much like her daddy
too). I have created this memorial so that one day I hope that Mandy, children and his family will
find it and feel strong enough to come and share good memories of him and in the hope that people
that also knew him will also share their memories of him. He lived a lot of his adult life in and
around Brinnington. I met Mike, when Mike and Mandy lived on Westmoreland Drive, Brinnington Then,
moving into the cottages on Briinington Road. Before they got the house in Cheadle Heath, Stockport
where sadly Mike grew his angel wings.
Please if any of the brilliant people on GTS do see this - please bookmark Mike's page and light him
a candle when you can, post a picture anything - It would mean a lot to me that Mike isn't just a
memory to be forgotten - I don't mean that bad on anyone because I don't know if any of his family
have access to the internet or know about GTS, but I do know how loved he was by his family and
friends xx

Hi Mike, please stand beside me later today please mate - I am going to finally attempt to go shopping in Stocky alone - it'll be the first time in goodness knows how long but I need to try too do it - I haven't heard from any of your family yet but I know within my heart that they love you and miss you - they will one day learn about this site and look for you hun, Still guts me that you went the way you did over a stupid girl that lied - Your true friends knew that she was lying - if only you had asked your friends or come and spoken to us or waited a few days then you would still be here with us - think the world of you mate xxxxx

I hope you like the tribute I have made for you. My only wish is that you had come up to Brinny that night and not gone where you went and I can't help thinking that you weren't thinking logically at the time. I haven't seen Mandy for a while but when I do I will tell her about your site. I hope you are in a better place mate and looking down and looking after the children xx
